Product Description:
Main components for air conditioning systems include copper and aluminum connecting tubing, insulation cotton, brass nuts, and heat shrinkable tubes. The insulation cotton is thicker for improved fire resistance. The copper tubing is made of pure copper, while the aluminum tubing is made of 1070 aluminum with excellent ductility and thermal conductivity. The heat shrinkable tubes are primarily made of PE, providing effective protection against rust and corrosion, and strengthening the toughness of the aluminum tubes. The brass nuts, which are included in a set of four for air conditioning connection pipes, are thickened for added strength and easy handling.

The bursting pressure value of the copper and aluminum composite tube is 4-6 times higher than standard strength. The double-layer structure of the tube provides an anti-vibration fatigue strength that is twice as strong as that of copper tubing alone.
