Product description:
A novel form of micro-channel heat exchanger known as FMC/FME was created to address issues with condensation and frost melting water that are challenging to remove from traditional single-cooling parallel flow (PFC) systems, as well as uneven distribution of the refrigerant gas-liquid two-phase system. These systems are not designed to address the issue of heat pump air conditioners that perform both evaporation and condensation.
Multiple refrigerant distribution programme
The header tubes at both ends and the partition plate in the middle divide the porous flat tube into several zones, the refrigerant flows back and forth in each zone to form a condensation/evaporation circuit, and each zone arranges a different number of porous flat tubes in parallel in the direction of gravity depending on the state of the refrigerant in the two-phase and the demand for heat exchange.
The refrigerant distribution scheme is tailored to specific system characteristics and requirements.
