Product Description:

 

Microchannel condense: what is it?

 

Microchannel condensers are designed to be used as condensing coils in a variety of refrigeration, air conditioning, and HVAC equipment and applications. Condensers can be used with a wide range of refrigerants, such as blends and gases with natural and HFC and HFO bases, as well as their derivative combinations.

The construction consists of integrally brazed in a controlled environment furnace input and outlet manifolds (headers) with fins and flat, multi-port microchannel tubes.

 

Production Process:

 

Fin stamping →aggregate→header assembly→press forming→degrease spray (FLUX) drying,

Preheating→(NB) →brazing→ forced air cooling →plastic connection pipe welding →helium leak detection→ultrasonic cleaning→coating→ drying →sheet metal assembly →final inspection→packaging
