The design of Insert fin

 

This product adopts a new type of fin related to the technical field of heat exchangers, especially a parallel flow heat exchanger for microchannels. It includes fins and a substrate, characterized by the substrate being distributed in a sine wave extension. The substrate is equipped with two sets of louvers on the sine wave side wall, which are composed of several strips. Each set of louvers is tilted along the surface of both sides of the substrate and forms an angle with the surface of the side wall, The two sets of louvers on the same side wall form a symmetrical angle with the surface of the substrate. The louvers on adjacent side walls fold and overlap with each other along the sine wave extension direction, and the airflow direction is perpendicular to the extension direction of the substrate. This can make the airflow flow in the fins with moderate resistance, effective airflow, optimal effective heat transfer area, good heat transfer efficiency, easy production, low cost, and good mechanical performance.

 

Production Process:

 

Fin stamping →aggregate→header assembly→press forming→degrease spray (FLUX) drying,

Preheating→(NB) →brazing→ forced air cooling →plastic connection pipe welding →helium leak detection→ultrasonic cleaning→coating→ drying →sheet metal assembly →final inspection→packaging
